We assign a dedicated, certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CMMACA) to work with you for an 8, 6 or 4 week camp. We'll program everything specific to you, your experience and your strategy. Guaranteed measurable results you can see and feel.

OFF SEASON STRENGTH COACHING

Develop Bone-Crushing Strength

Let's get your maximal and functional strength to a new level. Come train with us 2-4 times a week and unleash your true potential.

OFF SEASON COMBAT CARDIO PROGRAM

Cardio is King - Time to Feel Like One

Your trainer will get your heart rate to rise and fall in a methodical manner to bring your overall output up. All exercises will translate to a better gas tank in the cage, ring and on the mats.

The Art of Strength Co. offers a fun and effective strength and conditioning style circuit training class. It is typically not as high-repetition as a CrossFit class and is much more scientific than a Bootcamp. Here we focus on gradual improvements and a very low risk for injury. Safe for fighters year-round and not at all intimidating for people of all fitness levels looking for a functional workout.
