The Art of Strength Co. offers a fun and effective strength and conditioning style circuit training class. It is typically not as high-repetition as a CrossFit class and is much more scientific than a Bootcamp. Here we focus on gradual improvements and a very low risk for injury. Safe for fighters year-round and not at all intimidating for people of all fitness levels looking for a functional workout.
